ENTIRE staff: friendly, sincere,... ENTIRE staff: friendly, sincere, accommodating and patient. Everyone went out of their way to make sure my first visit - a 3 hour (it was complicated, okay?) procedure in the dentist's chair, ON Valentine's Day - went smoothly and with the greatest comfort possible. I offer only praise for the staff & add that Dr. Croop is a keeper.
My dental hygienist does a great... My dental hygienist does a great job cleaning my teeth but she talks excessively. I wouldn't normally mind but I always book time in the early am because I have to get to work. I even try to come up with a game plan to avoid the 20-30 mins of chit chat. That being said, she does do an excellent job cleaning my teeth...and I'm very particular...she is the only dental hygienist I've ever booked consistently for that very reason.
I love this dental practice! The dentists and their staff are all professional and friendly. They take the time to hear your concerns and explain the recommendations they give you for taking care of your oral health. My whole family goes here, and my kids love visiting the dentist!

Thorough exam, friendly staff, I felt Dr. Croop and the hygienist really cared about my long term oral health. This is what I have been looking for in a dentist office. I was tired of an office that just cleaned my teeth and told me to return in six months. I want a doctor who will guide me to keep my teeth for life. I think I have found this here!
