I had a great experience at Mt. Lookout Dentistry! I was able to get an appointment the day I called, and was in an exam room within 10 minutes of arriving.. in my experience going to other dentists, this is extremely rare! After getting situated in the exam room, the dentist and tech were in within 3 minutes - again, super short wait. Every person I interacted with was friendly and welcoming, and it seemed like a calm environment. 5 stars!

My dental hygienist does a great job cleaning my teeth but she talks excessively. I wouldn't normally mind but I always book time in the early am because I have to get to work. I even try to come up with a game plan to avoid the 20-30 mins of chit chat. That being said, she does do an excellent job cleaning my teeth...and I'm very particular...she is the only dental hygienist I've ever booked consistently for that very reason.
ENTIRE staff: friendly, sincere, accommodating and patient. Everyone went out of their way to make sure my first visit - a 3 hour (it was complicated, okay?) procedure in the dentist's chair, ON Valentine's Day - went smoothly and with the greatest comfort possible. I offer only praise for the staff & add that Dr. Croop is a keeper.
