Everyone was very friendly and... Everyone was very friendly and seemed quite competent. However, a followup text, card AND email are a bit excessive. For me it's enough to know you are there if I need you, and you'll remind me when it's time for my next visit.
I received a crown today and the experience was absolutely stress free. Complete trust in Dr. Croop to do a perfect job with no discomfort, eliminates all anxiety and fear. I even received a follow up call from Dr. Croop (that's right, the doctor, not someone on his staff) in the evening to make sure I was doing okay. That is "world class" care my friends.

Friendly and patient focused practice. Dentist was very clearly describing procedure and timelines As he progressed through the service (in my case, replacement of sliver filling with a crown). And he never seemed in a rush to move to another patient room as we progressed through the service.
