The entire staff at Mt. Lookout Dentistry are incredible. We care for a young man who is receiving medical treatment. It was his first time to a dentist so he was very apprehensive. He quickly felt at ease after he realized he was being treated by a very compassionate and professional staff. After his appointment he could not stop talking about the kindness of everyone who treated him. Thanks to all the staff for amazing care you have given this young man. Everyone was very friendly and seemed quite competent. However, a followup text, card AND email are a bit excessive. For me it's enough to know you are there if I need you, and you'll remind me when it's time for my next visit.
