The visit itself was just right - professional, quick and as painless/friendly as you could hope for. Minor quibble regarding your contact methods pre-appointment. I received a phone call, during which I acknowledged I had the appointment in my calendar, I then received an email, and then a txt (which I also acknowledged) - then on the day of the appointment another txt!
