I appreciate the professionalism that I receive as soon as I enter in the office. The staff is very personable and greet you by name and with a smile. The hygienists are sure to make the appointment very comfortable by communicating every step of the service. The Dentists (Croop and Gosnell) are very knowledge about their field. I've always left thoroughly informed about my particular case. From why the incident my have occurred, to the action plan, to successfully fixing the situation. Great overall service!

Great experience the whole way around!
This is the best dentist office in the Cincinnati area. Everyone knows me by name. It was welcoming, warm and dare I say it, fun to go to the dentist. Also, I honestly believe the hygienist do the best job ever on teeth cleaning. My visit may take a little more time (averaging an hour) but it is totally worth it. Kudos to you guys at Mt. Lookout Dentistry! I will never go anywhere else.
