As a new patient, I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience! Ashley was incredibly helpful obtaining my insurance info, contacting my previous dentist for med history, ordering pre-med, and fitting me in the very next day. Jodi, my dental hygienist, was very kind and knowledgeable. She provided a thorough, yet pain-free cleaning. Dr. Brown was also very kind and genuine, with great bedside manners. I would highly recommend, especially if you're new to Mt. Juliet.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Brown for a while now and have never had a negative experience. All of the staff are so professional and friendly.
My dental hygienist was very professional and caring. She demonstrated effective human relation skills and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the cleaning process. I plan to return for my next appointment.
These folks are terrific people. They're super-friendly and make you feel welcome & relaxed. They take the time to listen to your concerns, and then give you clear guidance on what to do. I'm glad I found them!
