Me and my Fiancé had the absolute best experience here! We were on the search for some wedding bands. We were totally discouraged coming back from the mall and shopping at places like Michael Hill and extra. I believe it was the owner told us to come at 3pm and deal with his son. I'd give it no star if possible. I took my watch here for a simple battery replacement, and they managed to completely mess it up. Shortly after getting it back, the O-ring gasket came loose. When I went back to ask them to fix their mistake, they refused to help without a receipt. Who honestly keeps a receipt for a basic battery change? It’s completely ridiculous.
