MT Jewellers are fantastic! They were friendly and efficient when replacing the diamond in my heirloom ring, and I love how it turned out :) I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
I was told great things about this place, so when I needed a watch fix and an opinion I went there. Terrible experience, it left a bad taste in my mouth. Young clerk was extremely rude, dropped the watch components on the floor, didn't listen to what I had to say, eventually said she cannot help me with the issue/fix and when I asked for other options she simply shrugged and said "I got nothing for you". Oh my goodness! What a wonderful experience. I went in looking for a index finger ring. I didn't find what I was looking for but while I was there I discussed the option of bringing in some of my ild jewelery that I dont wear anymore. I was so pleased with what they offered me for my gold and I was able to upgrade my wedding rings, buy earrings and a necklace...and I still had cash left over! It was a great experience. I went here to replace the lock on my gold chain. They said they replaced it with a gold lock but it's already visible that it's not gold.
