I had two completely different experiences at MT Jewellers & Goldsmiths Ltd. On two occasions, I dealt with Thuc, and he was excellent to work with—professional, straightforward, honest, and easy to deal with. He took the time to explain things clearly and made the process comfortable and transparent. Nice jewelry shop. Very nice salesperson helped me to get a new battery in my alfred sung watch. Took less than 5 minutes and coat around $15. Will return for my other watches to get done.
I had an amazing and incredibly fast service experience! My watch’s battery was changed in under 5 minutes, and the total cost, including taxes, was just $14.
