Look for a different care company. The VA contracted this company to provide home care for my dad. When they came out to set up care, I told them we needed weekend coverage . The rep said that would be fine. Time went by no calls from them, so I called. I was told we are working on getting that scheduled. I called again as I did not get a call about coverage this was a Friday and was told they did not have weekend coverage, so we need to have the VA assign a new company.
