This lady Susan that owns it is awful. When you put in a maintenance request she ignores it. When we were to move out, she refused to tell us the prorated amount due until the keys were turned in which is 2 weeks after the due date for rent. Then, she threatened a late fee if we didnt pay the prorated portion by the due date (due date is the 1st, keys not due til 14th). Do not rent from this company. They are horrible.
Who every the guy is in the office as of 2017 he's unprofessional and very disrespectful I moved out a home in Feb 2017 he's trying to keep my deposit it's very very poor judgement on their property it may look ok but there's all type of problems different people was having including myself I will never look BK wish I never moved on they property but most of they proberty they have lost Do to lack of workers ECT...sad he do not no how to talk to nobody he seems like he won't somebody to do something to him so he could look l... read more
