With reference to Mt Gravatt Ambulance Station and QAS in general, I can't praise our paramedics, including the emergency call staff, enough. I've been a patient; a requester on behalf of family members and members of the public; a requester on behalf of clientele [on a professional basis]. I've had dozens of aforementioned interactions with them. Never have I dealt with a paramedic who wasn't a consummate professional, with compassion and empathy built into their extraordinary skill sets.
Thankyou to the 3 awesome ambos from your station who treated me in Cleveland earlier in the week. Genuinely amazing people!
Awful treatment by 2 female staff who took away my dignity and in a time of severe pain, despair and sickness. No compassion or empathy was shown to me, my Daughter or my flatmate (who was also incredibly unwell with influenza a). Disturbing to think these women are treating others this way.
