I Wholeheartedly agree with Dennis McCarthy — worst hospital I have ever been to since I have been living in Massachusetts for the past 30 years! My daughter works near there and had to go there because she was so sick. We waited a minimum of two hours in the emergency room and no one was being called back. Most of the staff were very rude. I think they should go to human resource classes to learn how to treat people better and practice customer service. The emergency room is the most crowded emergency room I have ever seen. I waited 5 hours on a Monday and I never was helped. They sent me home in pain. Went to st. Elizabeth's and was treated for my pain and got treated with respect. The nurses like gossiping and don't like to work. I didn't feel like the wanted to help. They called people all out of order. Two elderly patients who were not together was in the emergency waiting room before me and I got called before them. I seriously think this hospital needs an overhaul of ... read more
