Had to have my foot operated on yesterday and I can't say enough about all the staff associated with day surgery especially the nurses. I actually enjoyed my day there yesterday as they all were kind, patient, funny and caring (wish I could have brought them home for my recovery). I feel very lucky to have such a great hospital just down the street!
I was treated awful in the critical care there was a a young woman that treated my family awful . I don't think she has enough knowledge to be working in that field I suggest she goes back to the school that told her she knows things . She needs to be there n a different feild she miss diagnosed my family so wrong . C.B. Please treat other people better I hope ty the N.L family
The professionals at Mt. Auburn are excellent and kind. I once had an issue and let upper management know - they responded immediately (I mean the HEAD OF HOSPITAL) with appropriate attention to my issue.
I had my knee replacement on 7/3! I had excellent care from start to finish! I even got to know the valet staff! Very welcoming caring staff! Meals were delicious! A++ all away across the board!
I Wholeheartedly agree with Dennis McCarthy — worst hospital I have ever been to since I have been living in Massachusetts for the past 30 years! My daughter works near there and had to go there because she was so sick. We waited a minimum of two hours in the emergency room and no one was being called back. Most of the staff were very rude. I think they should go to human resource classes to learn how to treat people better and practice customer service. We spent six hours there and they did little of nothing for my daughter... read more
