Got there for the walk in clinic. The receptionist was extremely rude. They made me wait and wait while other people kept getting there and going in. No words on why it's never my turn. Then finally it's my turn. Nurse scanned my bracelet. Didn't ask name or age. Gave me an Hep B vaccine. I got home and the bracelet is NOT MY NAME. It's from someone who is 73 years old. Now I'm wondering if what I got is really the vaccine. Could this people be more unprofessional? I think not.

I had major surgery on January 12,2017 Front and back fusions C 3-7 and Spinal cord surgery was there 12 days was well taken care of.Thank You Dr.Simon
