I have been searching for a home for a while. It's a pleasure to finally find a community that puts the residents first. The on-site team is super responsive and helpful. My apartment is beautiful and I love the warm community. Mt. Airy Manor definitely earned my recommendation. Thank you!
Location is nice, but I unfortunately knew of several people living here who dealt with roaches and lack of responsiveness from management. I would not recommend moving here.
This property, owned by Chelsea Management, is notorious for being "slumlords" and providing subpar conditions to their tenants. This is a property that houses roaches, incomplete/poorly done repairs to internal structure, and dismissive towards their tenants. Even more alarmingly (and in an attempt to boost their rating) they have utilized their employees to flood their comments with positive (fake) ratings.
