Notably good service experience
Very accommodating, helpful and informational.
best vets and staff: Nice place with great vets and staff.
Great in answering me questions – I have been taking my 2 cats, Emily & Sylvia, here since I adopted them about 4 years ago. All the vets treat my kitties like the princesses they are and are always great in answering my questions, even odd ones. And when they do the more unpleasant tasks during checkups, they make sure to let me them know that everything is going to be ok.
she will be my regular vet from now on! – I went to Mt Airy for a consutation after my regular vet at Hickory Animal Hospital advised they would charge between $1,000-$2,000 for teeth cleaning! At Mt. Airy, Dr. Lauderdale examined my dog's teeth (11 y/o Jack Russell Terrier) and advised with lab work and possible extractions it would be around $325 to $400. She was very caring about my concerns about anesthesia. She took blood for the lab work and we got him scheduled. He did very well. He needed two teeth extracted and took... read more
Dr Jones is awesome – Dr Jones is awesome. She is caring and sweet and very good with any kind of dog, as I took our friends bulldog in once. PB loves coming there and I enjoy taking her.
As a new puppy owner and slightly overprotective person, I've brought my dog in to see Dr. Jones several times. She is calm and attentive, and never makes me feel ridiculous for worrying about my pup. When we rescued him, he was flea-ridden, emaciated, and had a horrible case of kennel-cough - all of which were cured by Dr. Jones! Prices are reasonable, and they offer evening appointments - a plus if you work full-time!
We have been taking our pomeranian to Mt Airy since we got her, and I have to say I love this place. The staff are so kind and experienced and love their clients. I always get the best service and they even advise me on whats best for my pet.
I've had Molly, my stubborn, yet adorable beagle for four years. I have never loved an animal more! Recently Molly stated to appear sluggish. I wasn't too concerned at first, but after close observation, noticed it became increasingly worse. I called Mount Airy Animal Hospital, and they told me to bring her right in. Dr. Wilkerson was the attending Vet, who examined Molly. After a thorough checkup, which included some lab work, Molly was given antibiotics for a kidney infection. After a follow-up by Dr. Wilkerson, Molly is b... read more
