I would not recommend ever coming to this office my niece went here with a broken arm the dr if you can even call her that didn’t want to order any x ray blood work nothing even tried to wipe a bruise away with a alcohol pad then asked what would the emergency room do differently after my sister n law told her she was going there the so called dr then told her go home and watch it next day went to emergency room broken elbow ! Nurses are very rude over the phone. Doctor sent in the wrong prescription for my son twice and was very rude when I had an issue with it. Saying that we’re human we make mistakes. Which I totally understand but this isn’t a meal you’re preparing this is people’s health. Sent the wrong prescription 2 times back to back. Now I’m having to pay out of pocket for the correct dosage because insurance will not pay for it.

I was there yesterday for my daughters endocrinology appointment and the front desk staff is so rude and not friendly. Keal is so rude she doesn’t know how to smile, or say hello. She has a major attitude for no reason. Front desk staff should be friendly and willing to help. The rest of the staff, nurses and doctors are very nice. Front desk staff appearance and cleanliness should be addressed as well not very appealing to the eye.
