Bill the owner and his Team have to be the most HUMBLE, HONEST, and truly sincere company I have ever dealt with . They helped my daughter with insulating her Crawl space in her first home . We called MSR because of a mold issue in our attic on a home inspection report. Bill, the owner, came over to look at the attic and explained what he thought was going on, why it happened and how he planned to rectify/remediate the situation. He was very clear in what was needed and what was not needed. He gave us a couple of options as well as his recommendation on these options. This company was great and came out when I tried all I could do to take care of my issue. After a bunch of cancels from other companies and getting the run around. Bill came out and was very knowledgeable and honest and fair. They did great work and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any type of restoration done to their property.
Paul and Bill were two of the greatest businessmen I’ve ever worked with. They were personable, knew what they were talking about, did not try to swindle me because I am a woman, worked with us for our closing date, and did an AMAZING job.
