Bill the owner and his Team have to be the most HUMBLE, HONEST, and truly sincere company I have ever dealt with . They helped my daughter with insulating her Crawl space in her first home . This company was great and came out when I tried all I could do to take care of my issue. After a bunch of cancels from other companies and getting the run around. Bill came out and was very knowledgeable and honest and fair. They did great work and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any type of restoration done to their property.

We called MSR because of a mold issue in our attic on a home inspection report. Bill, the owner, came over to look at the attic and explained what he thought was going on, why it happened and how he planned to rectify/remediate the situation. We used MSR Restoration recently to remediate our basement mold issue that came up through a home inspection during a house sale in Medford. Bill was very helpful in quickly addressing the issue and helping us complete the deal by remediating all areas of concern that had come up for a reasonable price. In the end the air test in the basement was cleaner than the air outside. I would highly recommend MSR Restoration to anyone with a mold issue.
