The best place to spend you're undergrad. The perfect mix between dorm life and apartment living, where you can be surrounded by friends but can still get you're work done. By far the best three years of my life.
In retrospect, for students, I felt that the prices were steep for the studios, and a little bit better but still overpriced for the two bedroom apartments. However, the proximity to the campus center (where 95% of my classes were the last 3 years at MSOE) made it worth it for me. You just can't put a price on rolling out of bed at :53, brushing your teeth and combing your hair, and still making it to class on time...
Grohmann tower is an epitome of the best apartments ...it feels enchanting and fabulous to live in towers...and it has spectacular view in every direction ..facilities and service of tower staff are top-notch...all in all #BestPlace to live in 🖒🖒🖒 :) :)
The best building manager you'll ever meet makes this an awesome place to stay. Spending college life in the towers would probably be the best time of your life!
