Dr Elek is a great chiropractor! I always get a good adjustment. He's very knowledgeable, gives me tips to correct my posture and even beneficial exercises to do at the gym!
I have a bad back, arthritis and spinal stenosis. I have been going to Md. spine Institute for years. I let a few months lapse but that was a big mistake for me. So now i am on maintenance... Between 2 times a week to once a month, depending on how i feel. The doctors and supporting staff are wonderful! They are Very knowledgeable in their field, good listeners, and very patient with me. I went to another chiropractor in Bel Air before I found MSI, and I wish I had been with MSI from the start! I have been dealing with neck and lower back pain for a couple years. Eventually it got so bad that I ended up slipping a disc while under the care of another chiropractor, so after that, I made the switch to MSI. I definitely made the right decision. I came to MSI to avoid surgery. Been 2 months of decompression and therapy and I feel better. From the moment I walk in I feel welcomed. Carley, Ashley, Erin and Melissa are very helpful, friendly, and awesome. Dr Herold is great. I was very nervous to be adjusted at first but its been great. He is knowledgeable, caring and takes his time.
