Mr. Steve is a wonderful man. When paying over the phone, somehow my card was hit several times and wiped out my account, to the tune of over $200. After countless calls with my card company, Mr. Steve took the time to call as well; they made him just as angry as they made me. Their policy is even when transactions are done in error or refunded, it takes 8 days to get your money back. So Mr. Steve, from the kindness of his heart, gave me money from his pocket until the card company returned my money...that's good business! H... read more
