We first contacted this company back in October, providing measurements and photos so they could give us a quote. At that point, they didn’t visit the house, but we were in touch a few times over the following months as we figured out our timing. Fast forward to recently — we were finally ready to move forward. Scheduled an appointment a week out to ensure I was off so we could discuss window replacement for nursery. Called several times and left a voicemail to confirm their pending arrival but never received a call back or response. Needless to say, they never showed up. Extremely disappointed as I had heard good things regarding their service and product.
Excellent service from start to finish! They provided top-quality windows and the installation was quick and clean. The team was professional and friendly, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend!
