Great Customer Service 1+ years after installation. A rather LARGE bird flew into our largest window (71x71 inches) the bird lived, the window didn't. After several emails with Kris the window was ordered, the install was scheduled, and I could not be more satisfied with the work. They were careful, neat (covered all furniture) and cleaned up afterward. Did I mention that the window was on the 2 story of an open family room. Thanks again Mr Windows of Houston

I am a very picky person and usually with any work getting done at my house there always seems to be some kind of issues, BUT, Mr. Windows installed about 20 windows and no issues ever! Very professional and did an excellent job! I highly recommend this company!!! 10 stars!

We first contacted this company back in October, providing measurements and photos so they could give us a quote. At that point, they didn’t visit the house, but we were in touch a few times over the following months as we figured out our timing. Fast forward to recently — we were finally ready to move forward. A sales rep came out to take final measurements and gave us two options. My wife and I discussed the options and reached back out a few days later.
