I came here on my birthday with a free sub coupon from Mr Sub that the worker refused to honour. I tried to download the app / order online and nothing was working. I asked the worker to call a manager and he refused. I used to be a regular here but after his poor attitude and customer service I can confidently say I won’t be back.
Really amazing service, every employee was doing great! Shivam is really a great guy, friendly atmosphere!
Hands down one of the cleanest MR.SUB locations I’ve been to! Everything was spotless and you can tell they really take pride in keeping the restaurant clean. The staff were also some of the kindest and most welcoming people super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience even better. Great service, fresh food, and an overall amazing atmosphere. Definitely a 5-star experience and I’ll be back!
I've been to this location several times, and on at least three or four Saturday visits I've been told they don't have pineapple in stock. I wouldn't normally mind if it happened occasionally, but it seems to be a recurring issue. Other Mr. Sub locations I visit always have it available. What concerns me more is the food handling. Staff prepare subs directly on the bare counter instead of using wax paper. I've also seen ingredients fall off a sub onto the counter and then be placed back onto the sandwich. Came right before close and met the owner working by himself, having been there all day. 13 hours on his feet, and not only was the sandwich one of the best I've ever had, but I felt like I was family. I cannot believe I've never come in before, but he earned a customer for life. Thank you so much, and I'll see you soon!
