Love this lady ..Excellent clinical skills
I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE. I had been going here for a year now. I had about 70 more pounds I wanted to lose so I could get a breast reduction and my skin removal surgery. Dr. Mouzon stated she could help me get the weight off and refer me to some surgeons in the area. Very unprofessional staff. Dr. Mouzon is awesome in what she does for her patients. She has a heart of an Angel. Her staff Christina, I believe I spelled it right, but anyway SHE IS AWESOME, ALWAYS PLESANT, KIND SWEET QUICK IN RESPONDING BACK TO PATIENTS. I NEVER HAD A DULL MOMENT WITH HER IN TAKING CARE OF MY NEEDS OVER THE PHONE OR IN PERSON. SHE IS An IMAGE OF HER BOSS AND OWNER OF THE PRACTICE. PLEASE DO NOT GET RID OF HER EVER!!!! Dr. Mouzon seems capable and nice. However, I've now had three situations where getting prescriptions, which shouldn't be stopped or pause, were delayed by 4 or more days after refill was due because of procedures that weren't communicated or lack of follow up from Dr. Mouzon's office. Additionally in five visits I've only met the Dr. Mouzon once. She's a nurse practitioner and I get 'assistants to the nurse practitioner' when I visit.
