I love this beautiful, unique store. The staff is beyond lovely and the showroom is aspirational.
Wow. So incredibly rude! They clearly don’t value their customers with the type of customer service they provide. I asked this one lady if she could help me and she replied, “ha, yep”. I proceeded to ask my question and she just laughed and flipped through her binder. If your goal is to feel mocked and unseen — Mrs. Howard delivers! Everyone in buckhead is a “designer” so my advice is to find someone who treats your with dignity and respect. And values their customers.
