I ordered a basket to be sent to my boyfriend for our anniversary in September. He received it with items missing and others broken. THERE HAS BEEN A PROBLEM WITH EVERY DELIVERY SO FAR-SOMETIMES I DON'T RECEIVE THE PACKAGE, SOMETIMES THE COOKIES ARRIVE MELTED, SOMETIMES THE COOKIES ARRIVE BROKEN! Every single time a Mrs fields store comes close to my town it's stays open for a little while and then closes. Their products are great. The prices can be more reasonable though. They should have a store stay open too
Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter. Some of the icing broke and the word happy had 3 p's. Happpy
I had a terrible experience at your Palm Beach Gardens store. I ordered a $56 cake and served it yesterday at a party. It was completely raw except for part of the edges. People took a bite and threw it away. I went to the store to ask for a refund and brought a portion of the cake to show. The owner refused to issue me a refund since I didn't have the whole cake. Was I supposed to dig it out of the garbage? Very upset that he didn't stand by his product or even apologize!!

Apparently only showing that a quarter of the cake was raw wasn't enough proof. Use Publix or Whole Foods instead.
