My grandson received his birthday message Cookie today and I was thoroughly disappointed with its quality. It appeared stale, the message and trim were broken and the overall appearance was NOT festive like the representation on the website.

BACK in february 2018 i recieved a cookie cake where the word birthday was mispelled as BARTHOD . I recieved a $30 gift card . Today may 5 2018 i went to give mrs. Fields another chance and purchase cookies for my daughter. I Came across a old women who should be retired in my personal opinion, by the name of dorothy. I recently ordered the gourmet dipped strawberry’s for my husband and my sister for Valentines. Not only did the packages arrive a day later than bought and paid for but the ice pack was melted, the chocolates were mushy and the boxes were wet from sugary sticky mess and the display was all over the box due to being delivered upside down.
