Why bother ordering early and paying for extended shipping to make sure the girt gets there on a specific date. Love the shitty customer service on the phone as well. Normally one wouldn’t complain about an early delivery but when your charged extra to have it delivered on Valentine’s Day you expect it to be delivered on Valentine’s Day not early or late. Only to have customer service just tell you your wrong. Last time I’ll order from them.

I ordered a gift that was sent to the wrong address. When I tried to correct the issue, the customer service agent said she would reship the order, but that never happened. Now, no one will respond to my requests for help. I would still appreciate a response to get my order corrected. I don't have money to waste on gifts that don't get received by the correct recipient.
I have always liked Mrs. Fields cookies. This year I decided to send them as Christmas gifts. Everyone who got them really exclaimed how much they liked them. Thank you again Mrs. Fields for a job well done...
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I ordered a gift to be delivered before Christmas. I paid a $30 shipping fee for it to be expedited. I tracked the package and it never left the warehouse. No communication. Three days after Xmas when they never responded to my emails, I called. They said "Oops, we're out of stock." Of course, they charged my card immediately. And never told me they were out of stock. Never offered a resolution. I will never use them again. I should have stuck with Sharie's Berries or Cheryl's Cookies. ... read more
My online order was supposed to arrive December 20th. The tracking number now states it won't arrive until a few days after Christmas. I like their cookies but doubt I'll use or encourage others to order from them via website again.
I bought a box of 8 dark chocolate oatmeal cookies for $4.99. They looked like they were large cookies from the picture on the box. Hahahaha! 8 little cookies individually wrapped in packaging that’s larger than the cookie, placed inside a box that is much larger than the packaging the cookie is in. Never again!
