Ordered a product on there website and it hasn't arrived, it's been over a month. Have emailed and called several times and no response.
My order had a few delays but Mairead provided outstanding customer service and went the extra mile to give me updates and sort it out for me, thank you heaps!
Buyer beware from this company, you buy parts online and they will not send them… hoping this helps other people by posting this, also notice a trend of the same issue from recent reviews.
Ordered a boost actuator and they haven’t even sent it yet, they won’t reply or answer calls, there go’s 218$, I just want my part. It’s been 11 days since I bought it (Update, they got back to me and sorted me out, they where very good)
Worst customer service wouldn’t ever buy a thing from them again! $700 plus dollars lost! cause they can’t send a refund after 2 months, took over a month too get a reply on how my order is going after several emails sent! too find out they didn’t have any in stock and don’t wanna issue a refund, take your money and don’t send your parts.
