My family and I will never return to this joke of an establishment. The staff and the owner are extremely rude. Here’s a bit of advise , without the customers you have no business. So try showing some customer appreciation. I visited this hole in the wall today. After waiting over an hour for my food, the owner kicked me and other customers out of the restaurant. get those young girls that are taking the orders out of there!! they have no clue on how to interact with the public they are just rude and nasty.😫😫and not professional.
the food is good, but the attitudes of the cashiers is not. they cannot handle stress or when it gets busy. And honestly the customer service skills are not that great when they aren't...way too much attitude and impatience...but i still go all the time hoping they will change..gotta support my people.
They have very bad customer service service is slow AF,food is good but bad service especially phone service...I used to go everyday before work now I take my money to a different black restaurant
This was our first time here and the customer service was great, the wait time wasn’t long at all, and the food was absolutely amazing!!! We will be back for sure when we’re back in time!!! Thank you!!
