While driving from NH to MS, my transmission failed at the end of the work day on Wednesday. By Friday afternoon, they had replaced my transmission AND repaired a leaking gasket to stop an oil leak that I didn’t know about. They couldn't have done a better job, and owner Kim is very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm so grateful for their care, turning my potential disaster into just a bump in the road!
As a first-time Mr. Transmission customer, I was surprised when Nick, said, “after diagnostics and personally test-driving your vehicle three times; the diagnostic didn’t detect any issues, and I didn’t experience the slipping you described.” To be honest, I was expecting thousands in repair costs! Nick was straight up in explaining what they did. He answered questions to my satisfaction! Trust me, I drilled him and trust him. I would unconditionally recommend Nick’s Mr. Transmission to family and friends.

This review is for the location on Cahaba Valley Road in Hoover, AL. I am speechless. I have never received such poor service from any company--ever. First, I submitted an online request for an appointment. When I did not receive any email or text confirmation, I called. Kim said that she never received the online request and told me the first they could get me in was Monday morning at 7:30am. I was requesting new brake and transmission fluid.
