Very knowlegable, friendly staff – I have been going to this location for about 2 years and I am never disappointed. Lynn and Ricky are so friendly and knowledgeable.as well as the service team. The prices they quote are very reasonable compared to the other local repair shops. I have recommended my family and friends to this location. The service is top-notch!

Unbeatable friendly, professional service – In today's economy, I'm trying to keep my two older cars going. I used to take them to another national chain in Cary....always the same location....must have spent $10k+ there on everything from electrical shorts to rebuilt transmissions. Easy To Do Business With & Exceeded My Expectaions! – LJ and the guys at Colony are always polite, professional and easy to do business with!!!I I took my car if for an oil change and leave it with them at 10 am. I tell them I will be back at five. I get there right at five and the car in on the lifts, almost ready. I take a seat and wait. They call my name I go up front to pay and LJ says "it's on me". Friendly, Caring, Understanding, Honest – My daughter and I were traveling home from visiting family over the holiday. The check engine light came on just out of no where! We were a few exits east of 287 where I just happened to get off. As I approached the stop light the car began jerking and tring to cut off! Thank God for Colony Tire!! Honest, Efficient, Caring. Excellent Service – My car broke down yesterday near Colony Tire. Even though the store was fully booked with scheduled repairs and was closing soon for the day, they helped me. After the store closed, the manager Lynn, and Jon and the crew stayed behind to give my car detailed attention. They found the problem -- a problem that had been occurring the past month. Always Great Service – The Colony Tire location on N Harrison has managed the maintenance on my family's vehicles for 4+ years. Every time I enter the facility I'm greeted by name like an old friend; every time I need something non-specific Lynn and Ricky have their crew find the problem and fix it. I have used Colony Tire for years for my oil changes. This month, my car needed new tires, an alignment, and new brake pads. Lynn Jackson and Ricky at the N Harrison location were outstanding. Lynn picked up my car, took it to the store, and did all of the work which was over 700 dollars and brought my car back to me. Service was awsome and I will use this location from now on even though there is a store closer to my house. Highly recommend this location!!

Colony tire saves me money! – I have been taking my cars to this colony tire location for over 6 years now. The team of mechanics and sales staff are always helpful, honest and most importantly save me money! They always tell me when something doesn't need to be done, so I know when they tell me I need something I know I need it. Trust me when I tell you that the dealership will tell me I need $1000 worth of work and they will tell me I need $300.
