CONSUMER BEWARE!!! Indicated vehicle needed $600 worth of repairs. Advised that vehicle could not be driven because "the wheel is about to fall off". I had the vehicle repaired (minor) for approximately $150 and the wheel was never in jeapordy of falling off!! I have done business with this location for years, HOWEVER, Ricky and LJ are no longer there. BEWARE of the new crew!! I'm a single, senior female. They tried to take advantage of my assumed lack of knowledge.

Great Service on Many Occasions – As a female, I always hated taking my vehicle in to get serviced as I felt the guys looked at me creepy and I felt like they always tried to get my to spend more money than was necessary because I knew no better. I visited Colony Tire on N. Harrison in Cary because it was close to my job, but I was skeptical it was just another one of "those places". They're just the best! – I went in for a check-engine light problem, which was handled quickly and effficiently. As a sidebar, I mentioned another problem to LJ (the mgr) who was willing to investigate. Strange story...my car reeked of nasty animal smell (I'd thought of calling the "Car Guys" I was so frustrated). I'll spare the details, but LJ and his staff were willing to track down the real source of the stench, found it, and fixed it!!!!! I was a very happy customer. Best tire prices and completed work as quoted – After researching tire prices on the internet for a week, I found a set of Michelin LTX M/S2 tires online for about $50/tire less (including shipping charges!) than most of the tire stores in Cary or Raleigh were charging, not including the $70 current Michelin promo. THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!! – I got out of work on a Wednesday night & I started to drive & realized I had a flat tire. I knew that Colony Tire on Harrison was closed, but I thought I'd try & call them anyway. Much to my suprise they answered the phone. Mistakes happen, and they made things right! – These guys have always provided good service at reasonable prices. But I was greatly inconvenienced one day when they did not fix my car when they told me it would be done. So much so that I started considering other shops, but they made things right. In fact, they went above and beyond my expectations and for that, they've secured my respect and business moving forth. Thanks LJ and the Colony team!
The Best Auto Service Ever!!! – I've never experienced customer service from an auto service the way I have with them. I was just saying to some friends of mine that its so hard to find great customer service. Everyone at this location is so friendly and professional. LJ went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. I'm so greatful for everything that they did for me. I've finally found an auto service that won't make me feel anxious leaving my keys!!!
super service for a weary traveler – I was travelling from PA to NC and my air conditioner went out on a 100 degree day, plus my care was making a horrible sound. Being a Sunday with most business' closed, I had to delay my trip and stop at a hotel. The hotel recommended Colony Tire & Service on Harrison Ave. I got there first thing Monday morning and they diagnosed my problem, had the parts in stock and were able to get me back on the road.
