Poorly managed facility. Gate was broken for almost two years. Was still charged full rate for secure facility. Raised my rent to $58 yet charged $40 online for same unit. Was told because rates change during slower times. Yet my rate didn't change. We auto paid and when they increased our rent without notice they charged us heavy fees when we fell behind due to lack of communication. They refused to work with us on rate and fees. Just needed a place to store my stuff between college leases and see that they’re charging around $70 for a unit. After signing up (providing all personal information and credit card information) and preparing to purchase the bill comes to $200. Mandatory insurance fee plus a surplus of other fees. Predatory practices and will try to nickel and dime every bit. Terrible experience.

Cheap for a reason. Got a unit to get me through the gap between college apartment rentals. I live 5 hours away, so I could only get there to move in on a Saturday. I arrive at the storage center and there is a lock on my unit even though customers supply their own locks. It would’ve been easy to sort out if they had any form of available communication on the weekends, but they don’t.
