Just needed a place to store my stuff between college leases and see that they’re charging around $70 for a unit. After signing up (providing all personal information and credit card information) and preparing to purchase the bill comes to $200. Mandatory insurance fee plus a surplus of other fees. Predatory practices and will try to nickel and dime every bit. Terrible experience.

Cheap for a reason. Got a unit to get me through the gap between college apartment rentals. I live 5 hours away, so I could only get there to move in on a Saturday. I arrive at the storage center and there is a lock on my unit even though customers supply their own locks. It would’ve been easy to sort out if they had any form of available communication on the weekends, but they don’t. Called two other storage places and talked to robots and call centers to no avail. Finally got to Mr. Storage and spoke with Karen. She was SO HELPFUL! I enjoyed speaking with her and she took care of it and got us what we needed within a few minutes. Highly recommend for storage facility!
