Nice to be able to shop and be in the air conditioning while my car was getting washed. Prices are VERY reasonable! Would def come back and use again. I had 2 minor issues: 1) my email confirmation said 2 for the exterior cleaning and 3 for the interior cleaning but when I got there the gentleman said his system told him I missed my 1 pm appt ..the fit me in still but it pushed my time from a possible 2 hr service to where I waited 3 hrs for it to be completed 2) my windshield not 100% clean, noticed when I was in the car an... read more

Left my Tesla there for almost 3 hours expecting a full car wash, and they only washed the outside. The inside wasn’t cleaned at all, and they still charged me $40. Extremely disappointing service and definitely not worth the wait or the money.

Pague 52$ y 18$ de tips. Y tuve que montarme a mi carro a volverla a limpiar y aspirarla. Cosas tan sencillas y básicas como limpiar la consola o los asientos. Sentí que perdí el dinero mi camioneta literal salió igual. Y la excusa fue que el señor es nuevo y trabajo bajo presión… y trabajo en el mall por ratos lave ahí pero cambiaron a las personas y la verdad ya no repito y tampoco recomendaré a mis conocidos del mall.

This place is a complete joke. Drove almost 40 minutes because I had a business meeting with one of my clients and this place was recommended to me. I had a CONFIRMED 4:20 PM appointment. I show up at 4:15 and the place is completely CLOSED. No staff, no notice, nothing. I call and speak to “Ana,” who had no idea what was going on and said she would call me back. I vehicle had sat at the port while we were on a cruise. When we returned it looked awful. I tried 2 different drive through car washes to no avail. Happened to find these guys. They fit us into their schedule even though we didnt have an appointment. They did a awesome job and the price was actually very very responsible. So a reminder to all going here if the price seems cheap, make it up with your tips.
