Called Mr. Rooter, they offered me a free estimate. Appointment was scheduled for the next day. They called before they came. They showed up on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. He was suppose to replace an anode rod, working on it for @ 3 hours, but it was embedded into the tank. He took the initiative & called the water heater company-they said it was still under warranty and they would give us a new one.
