I called Mr Rooter and the lady was nice but I asked what the cost is and she said that I would get a quote before the work starts. The “Plumber” arrived on time but I thought it was unusual that the he did not bring any tools in with him. I’ve never had a repair person come in without their tools. He did not say what it would cost and tried for an hour to fix the old kitchen pipes that needed to be replaced. He even used my pipe tape and washers to try and fix it. We did not charge for any work. A diagnosis was done and we attempted to help her with a temporary repair but it needed replaced. A free estimate was provided. The potential customer wanted the work done immediately and we told her we could pickup parts and schedule the service. We did not get approval to complete the job which was quoted at a very fair price for 1 1/2 drain line repair. (3 hours to complete with parts that had to be picked up from supply house). This review was not from a paying customer.
