DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!! Our sewer backed up and we called Mr. Rooter. The technician who came out could not remove the blockage. Then he charged us $100 more to snake it from the street. Also not unblocking it. We had suspected a break so we had him run a camera. He found the break, but would not mark it on the floor. This whole fiasco ended up costing $500. They were ontime. The van was clean and Micah the tech was professional and well dressed. Everything was explained to me before the work was started. The quote held true in the end. The work was completed successfully and quicky, and any mess was cleaned up. All this and the best price in town. Why would anyone go anywhere else. Courteous, prompt, professional and honest. Reciepe for success. I will and anyone else should use them.

Micah came on a Saturday afternoon and quickly fixed both my shower and bathroom sink. He was courteous and professional and answered all my questions. They accept competitors coupons as well! Great experience!

Mr. Rooter was fantastic from start to finish. I couldn’t fix my squealing shower. Their customer service was phenomenal and scheduled a call right away. Keith was excellent. He provided friendly and expert service and resolved our shower issue in no time. Great to have a reliable company in the back pocket for projects like this. Will definitely lean on them again!

I think that Mr. Rooter of St. Louis does not understand the meaning of "Customer Service!" I called them to set up an appointment for a clogged drain in the main sewer line as there was a back up in our lower level shower. I was advised that service would be taken care of between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM on Tuesday, January 7. When 7:00 PM arrived, I called the customer service number to ask why the tech had not arrived yet. Contacted Mr. Rooter for a new water heater in July. They came quickly for an estimate and were installing next day. We were told the inspector would be by, and we were even given a date. No inspection (as of end of September). Stated the new water heater met requirements for $200 rebate from ***** - according to ***** it does not. Water leaking from shut off valve after work was finished (they came & replaced the valve for additional cost).
