RecommendedI was able to have a technician arrive the same day that I called for service. I received a text with his photo, and he also called to let me know when he would arrive. I actually had two separate issues, a clogged floor drain, and a clogged drain tile into my sump pump. Unfortunately, the call had been marked as a sump pump issue, so he did not have the necessary equipment, but he got us scheduled for the next morning (and apologized for the delay). Called for a sink clog. I asked if the person they sent would be wearing a mask and was told yes. They called to say the tech was ahead of schedule. I said I would be here and again asked them to be sure a mask would be worn by tech. I got a text message with techs name and photo. He didn’t show and after an hour I called back and they said he was stuck in traffic but would be here in 20 minutes. I got another text with a different tech name. Tech showed up with no mask.
They were ontime. The van was clean and Micah the tech was professional and well dressed. Everything was explained to me before the work was started. The quote held true in the end. The work was completed successfully and quicky, and any mess was cleaned up. All this and the best price in town. Why would anyone go anywhere else. Courteous, prompt, professional and honest. Reciepe for success. I will and anyone else should use them.
Micah came on a Saturday afternoon and quickly fixed both my shower and bathroom sink. He was courteous and professional and answered all my questions. They accept competitors coupons as well! Great experience!
Mr. Rooter was fantastic from start to finish. I couldn’t fix my squealing shower. Their customer service was phenomenal and scheduled a call right away. Keith was excellent. He provided friendly and expert service and resolved our shower issue in no time. Great to have a reliable company in the back pocket for projects like this. Will definitely lean on them again!
