This is the best plumbing company I have ever used. Every time I deal with them the service has been impeccable. All the way from reception to the service providers that came to my home. I've worked with both Mike and Javier; they are both extremely courteous, helpful and responsive. Their prices are extremely reasonable given the quality of service they provide. I had 2 back to back urinals in the womens restroom backing up mike lee came and saved the day told me urinals go in the men's room thanks for your help mike

In the middle of all of these rain storms, both of our bathrooms decided to back up. At one point before I considered calling a plumber it backed up and flooded the bathroom and into my bedroom onto my new carpet. That very day we received a coupon in the mail from Mr. Rooter for an $89 drain cleaning, so I called them. They came out the very next morning, were on time, got to it, and everything is running perfectly again. The technician was extremely professional, timely and pleasant. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you.

I had a sewer backup. Called Mr. Rooter thanks to their mailings. they came out the same day. Their technician Carlos was friendly and efficient. Great company to deal with.

I called for what I thought was only a backed up toilet, We ended needing the entire collapsed cast iron piping replaced. The guys were very professional, It was a tough job under the house but they got it done very timely. I highly recommend these guys.
