They repaired my broken pipe very quickly. They even bring their own mats and everything! Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Miami has amazing customer service. Highly recommend.
Mike and Mikey are excellent. I woke up to a water heater leak and they were there in no time. We had to get a new water heater and it had to be relocated which was a big task due to space constraints. These guys busted their tails all day to get it done. They have great attitudes and excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
This year we had the pleasure of having an outstanding, customer oriented professional come out to service our situation. Mr. Jeremy Mahle came out and fixed our plumbing problems and provided us with preventive maintenance for future occurrences. Our toilet at our shop was broken and NOT working. I called and made an appointment with Mr. Rooter of Middle Georgia. I was thinking (as many plumbers do) there would be a charge for same day service call. The dispatcher said there was no same day charge! The plumber's name that was called to service our needs was Jason Smarr. He was kind, courteous, and honest. I highly recommend Jason Smarr at Mr. Rooter of Middle Georgia! Great job Jason!!!
