Mr. Rooter provided excellent timely service. I had a stopped sewer drain line. With considerable effort, the line could be cleaned at a tremendous savings. Had a burst pipe from the freeze in November and they came right out and fixed it. Even returned the next day to finish up. They were on time and very professional. I was particularly impressed with the phone calls for updates and to inform me when the plumber was on his way. Very thorough, neat and customer oriented.
Mike and Mikey are excellent. I woke up to a water heater leak and they were there in no time. We had to get a new water heater and it had to be relocated which was a big task due to space constraints. These guys busted their tails all day to get it done. They have great attitudes and excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
