The plumber Brian showed up on time and was very polite. I did not really know where my leak was coming from but he found it pretty quickly and resolved it within his first visit and cleaned up after himself. I called another plumber before calling Mr. Rooter and he wanted to charge just for coming to my house giving no indication that he thought he could resolve the issue in one visit. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter

I woke up early last Saturday to discover my water heater needed to be replaced. I made several phone calls to other plumbers but only Mr. Rooter could visit me that morning. Within an hour Rich was offering me a quote and by 2 he had completed the water heater and I was able to get on with my day. Rich was highly professional and knew what he was doing.
