Soon after moving into an older home, we had issues with our drains. Tavis, Bailey and Tom got the drains cleaned, clog flushed out and working properly. The next day Eric replaced the ptrap and installed a much needed new faucet. Happy to report that we've had no issues and everything is flowng properly. Called regarding a somewhat urgent issue, they had Lee out to us within a few hours. He was able to clearly tell us what the problem was and gave us our options moving forward. A repair was attempted but when that didn't work he was back the following morning with a replacement. He was quick and cleaned up his mess afterword. Lee was friendly and professional and got the job done!
This morning our line to the city sewer clogged and we needed someone to come out and rooter it. I called Mr Rooter, already planning on calling around for a hotel room next while we wait for service. I needn’t have worried. I called around 11:30 AM and had a technician, Miguel, at our door about an hour later. Later, Mitch joined him. I was very impressed with the prompt, friendly, professional service.
