Yo! Technician Aaron Rogers & his sidekick took care of me the same day that I called. They replaced my water heater, gave me information on how to get the best/longest use of it and looked at another project for me. I have never seen anyone do such great work so fast and with such professionalism. I will be calling them again for my home and likely for my business! Now to finally wash dishes in this nice hot water!! ��

Your guy that came broke our step in half at the bottom of the stairs when he was dragging the hose thing. He did a good job with the actual job, and I understand accidents happen.. it was the response he immediately said that really irritated me. I asked him what happened and the first thing he says is "well thats not my fault, the step was probably split before." Nope. Wasn't split. We had a real mess with a pipe that cracked in our shower. Aaron did a great job considering it was a tough one. Great customer service. Aaron was very courteous and informative. Very pleased with the result.
Aaron was at my house today and was GREAT! Thanks for the card and the Christmas tree ornament. Truly a CLASS ACT! If I ever have issues again you guys will be the first call!

I found Scott to be very personable and his work was timely and well done. I would recommend this service again.
Mr. Les Butler was very nice and very efficient. He also told me that he thought my neighbor's sump pump maybe not be working and that I should give her a call....sure enough, neighbor's sump pump was not working either. Saved her a ton of trouble as she was out of town and wouldn't have known had I not called her. Thank you Mr. Butler from me and my neighbor.
