Do not use this company!! They came in to provide us with a quote and walked away leaving thousands of dollars worth of damage they caused through reckless behavior. They dropped our sewer clean out cap down the pipe then lodged it into place. When trying to retrieve the cap they shot a high pressure hose through our cast iron pipe and cracked it. It's been almost a week and we can't even use the plumbing in our home until repairs are made. If you value your money and time, find anyone else to help with your plumbing needs.
RecommendedThey arrived when in the window they said. They diagnosed problem with a price. They fixed the problem and for the authorized price. Can't ask for for more than that for service. 👍
Never showed to first appointment. They called us 2.5 hours after they were supposed to be there just to say they wouldn't make it that night. Rescheduled for following day at the same time. Called the next day to say they will be to our place in 30 minutes, 2 hours before scheduled time. So my husband had to rush home. Unclogged the drain and told what was causing the issue. Charged almost $500 for an hours worth of time. Not a good experience from start to finish. Oh! but we got a discount on drain cleaner.....

Jay is friendly, knowledgeable and resolved the issue without expensive add-ons. He is highly professional and provided an estimate for some future upgrades to be considered. Communication was good from the time I called thru the service call and we received same day service on a Sunday. I definitely recommend Mr Rooter of Grand Rapids
