This organization missed 3 appointments. The first time, they called 15 minutes late and stated they couldn't make it, so we rescheduled a few days later in the morning for 8:30am. At 9:10am they called and stated they were enroute. When I explained to them that they were supposed to come at 8:30am they mentioned that they'd written it down differently. We scheduled an appointment with this company and was guaranteed the arrival of the plumber... A couple of hours later I received a call stating the appointment has to be pushed back 7 days.. I stuck with the company because of the online reviews. When the plumber arrived to the appointment he was 1hr late he accessed the issue (We need a new hot water heater.. we knew that) the plumber ran MY water hose from the unit to drain the water..
