Our pipes were backing up and we believed we had a large clog in a pipe. We called Mr. Rooter and set an appointment. They called about an hour before the appointment block to say it would be closer to the end of the block of time. When they arrived they covered their shoes when walking through the house (even though I told them they didn't have to). I appreciated their courtesy. Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable. Travis contacted us immediately on our plumbing problem. He was conscientious and stayed with the job until complete. The service was great. Fixed the problem and did a great job. Reliable employees. Would definitely use his company again and also highly recommend them to our friends.

Horrible customer service. I will never use them again. Had an appointment for between 2-4. Called & said running late, would be 4-6. Called again @ 6 and said it would be AT LEAST another 2 hours. So I suggested the next day. Gave me an appointment time of 8-10. Don't you think that you would be there right at 8 given the previous day's service? Showed up @ 0845.
