The plumber left debris in the yard that we cleaned up... Quoted us a price for a 40 gallon water heater, but had to install a 30 gallon because that is what was original to the space- we never got the price difference. The Plumber was not at all on-time for his scheduled appointments... We had to call Mr. Plumber over a week later to get the Plumber to come back and finish the installation.
Specifically, Josh, the technician was my primary contact for all phases of a 15' sewer line dig and replace. I cannot begin to relay how extremely difficult this project was due to very hard, compacted clay, which needed removal, and some under house digging required. Josh and his Mr.Rooter team exceeded our expectations in completing this project without damaging our property, other than front yard trenching required. Rich was very informative about what he was doing. My 60 year old pipes under the house were clogged up 100%. I do think that $175.00 was a bit much for what had to be done. Run the cable into a direct line and it took all of 15 minutes to get it cleaned out. But grateful it could be done.
They showed up the day I called. No pushy salespeople. They were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They finished my project quickly, around my schedule. Rich really cared and wanted things perfect. Cost was comparable to other companies. The other company I contacted sent me a text “if you want us on a weekend it will be weekend pay” nothing else. Mr. Rooter sent someone that day. Cared about fixing my issue more than dollar signs. That is the way to run a business and they got the customer. Highly recommended

The serviceman made sure to double check that the clog was clear. The quality of his work was excellent. This was a difficult grease clog. The water drains well now and we are very happy with the results. The serviceman was friendly and good customer service. Great Job
