I was so happy with Chad. He was knowledgeable, kind, professional and explained everything he needed to do. Mr. Rooter found water pressure was too high and if not corrected, the pipes would burst. I am a client for life!

The company contacted me, but never showed up to do the job.
Richi did a little preliminary work when he was here for the estimate, so we knew what to expect. He showed up on time the next day, and finished the repair in good time. We would definitely consider using them again.
The tech did not get my message at first, but I called back and he showed up in 30 minutes to clear the clogged pipe. I really appreciate someone coming out on a Sunday night!
